个人简介

教育背景 2011/09-2016/07, 清华大学,博士 2007/09-2011/07, 南京理工大学,学士 工作履历 2018/08-至今,清华大学机械工程系,助理研究员 2017/07-2018/07,哈佛大学工程与应用科学学院,博士后 2016/07-2018/07,清华大学精密仪器系,博士后 教学工作 依托清华本科生科研训练培养项目,积极探索本科生学术研究培养模式,激发本科生学术兴趣和潜力。于2021年组建了本科生学术研究团队 –【清触未来】,致力于突破机器人触觉感知能力极限,以人手指尖触觉为学习对象,研发国际最高性能的多模态指尖触觉传感器,并探索触觉在科学研究、工业和日常场景中的应用。 “清触未来”团队第一批成员共有五位机械系科生,围绕多模态触觉传感器设计和研发,在触觉表征和信息提取方面,提出了创新性的解决思路和方案,取得了丰富的学术和竞赛成果。目前以本科生一作发表及投出SCI论文5篇(包括机器人领域、仪器仪表领域顶刊);获得了首届“清华工匠大赛”特等奖(唯一)、清华大学2022年度“互联网+”十佳学生创新创业团队(唯一本科生团队)、第八届中国国际“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛北京赛区一等奖、清华“学推计划”A级项目评定、大学生创新创业训练计划国家级评定、SRT优秀项目一等奖、“星火计划”支持等。在首届“清华工匠大赛”中,“清触未来”团队作为唯一特等奖获得者,王希勤校长出席了大赛并为团队学生代表颁奖,所研发的多模态触觉传感器得到了评委们的高度评价。该项目同时受到了新华网、科学网、光明网、北京青年报、清华新闻网等多个媒体与平台的报道。 “清触未来”作为本科生学术研究培养的探索与尝试,欢迎对科研感兴趣的跨学科本科生积极参与,共同推进机器触觉的学术前沿探索和产业应用落地;同时也欢迎更多的导师加入,共同探索具有双T(Creative Thoughts and Leading Technology,创新思想与引领技术,简称双T)能力的拔尖人才培养模式,构建起本科生学术氛围和学术传承。 奖励与荣誉 2020 清华大学第十六届实验技术成果将二等奖 2019 大学生研究训练计划优秀指导教师一等奖 2016 清华大学优秀博士论文 2016 北京市优秀博士毕业生 2015 GE基金会科技创新大赛二等奖(全国第二) 2015 博士研究生国家奖学金 2014 博士研究生国家奖学金 2013 博士研究生国家奖学金 2010 国家奖学金 2009 第七届全国周培源大学生力学竞赛特等奖(冠军) 2009 第六届江苏省大学生力学竞赛特等奖(冠军) 2009 国家奖学金 2008 国家奖学金

主要从事机器人自主化、智能化操作研究,包括触觉感知、视觉度量、灵巧机械手、技能学习与强化。致力于探索并揭示视触觉感知在操作任务中的内在机理,构建机器人可泛化操作技能;借助于人工智能学习和强化技能,实现机器人操作的自主化和智能化
