1995年 本科毕业于浙江大学化学工程系生物化学工程专业 2000年 博士毕业于中国科学院上海生物化学研究所 2000-2006 中国科学院上海生命科学研究院助理研究员,副研究员 2006年至今 中国科学院上海生命科学研究院 研究员,湖州工业生物技术中心主任

研究领域

新一代DNA测序与低成本DNA合成技术提供了海量基因资源与快速廉价的基因获取手段,为设计和创制理想的工程细胞提供了近乎无限的可能性。我们实验室的研究方向是开发微生物基因组编辑工具,用于更快地构建或重构细胞以理解其高效功能背后的遗传与生化机制,进而设计新一代的工程细胞,助力绿色化学与生物医药应用。
