研究领域

主要从事物理海洋观测研究和观测技术的应用研究。研究海区包括:中国近海、南海、东海和西北太平洋。研究方向:大洋环流、黑潮、琉球海流、近岸潮流等。 近海主要从事沿海声层析观测研究,深远海主要从事倒置式回声仪(Pressure-recording Inverted Echo Sounder,简称PIES)观测研究。 本人所带领的团队于2008年开始引进沿海声层析技术系统,同时还进行沿海声层析自主研发。目前,团队已熟练掌握沿海声层析的观测和反演技术,且多次成功在中国近岸完成了多站位沿海声层析组网观测实验,并完成了沿海声层析数据和近岸水动力模式的数据同化研究工作。 率先引进了PIES观测技术。团队于2012年10月至2014年7月在南海西北部成功进行了国内首次PIES观测实验,并进行了PIES断面的温盐和流速结构的反演研究,分析了南海西边界流的季节变化,实现了对南海西边界流流量的监测,并第一时间报道了2015—2016年超强厄尔尼诺期间的冬季最弱南海西边界流的发生及其机制。目前,本团队在南海深水海盆、吕宋海峡海域海区正在进行大型PIES的观测。 本团队长期从事黑潮和琉球海流的观测研究,与日本鹿儿岛大学及韩国海洋科学技术研究院在琉球岛链两侧开展了一系列的合作观测。2015年6月至2017年6月,成功地在琉球岛链两侧实施了覆盖黑潮和琉球海流的锚系观测。目前,正与韩国海洋科学技术研究院合作在棉兰老岛以东海区进行PIES的观测。
