个人简介

Sijia Yan, assistant researcher, Ph. D., graduated from College of Life Sciences, Fudan University in biochemistry and molecular biology in 2017. Her research interests include disease-related proteomics and development of molecular markers for detection of trace clinical samples, pharmacogenomics, etc. She has participated in several basic and preclinical drug experimental studies. Including the development of mitochondrial protective agents, prediction of adverse drug reactions, and other related research results were published in Frontiers in Pharmacology, The Pharmacogenomics Journal, Pharmacogenetics and Genomics. In 2019, she was funded by the "Sailing Plan" project of Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, and participated in many important scientific research projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation project and the National Key Research and Development Program project. Research Interests: Trace detection of disease related protein markers 严思嘉,助理研究员,理学博士,2017年毕业于复旦大学生命科学学院生物化学与分子生物学专业,专业方向为疾病蛋白组学,痕量临床样本检测分子标志物的研发,药物基因组学等,参与过多项基础及临床前药物实验研究,包括线粒体保护剂开发,药物不良反应预测等,相关研究成果发表于Frontiers in Pharmacology,The Pharmacogenomics Journal,Pharmacogenetics and Genomics等。2019年获上海市科委“扬帆计划”项目资助,参与国家自然科学基金面上项目,国家重点研发计划项目等多项重要科研项目。
