个人简介

郭薇(Guo, Wei) 中欧国际工商学院战略学及创业学副教授郭薇博士是中欧国际工商学院战略学及创业学副教授。在加入中欧之前，她曾在香港理工大学任教。郭博士毕业于美国马里兰大学，并获得战略管理学博士学位，以及荣获马歇尔大学的工商管理学硕士学位。郭博士的研究领域主要是基于行为理论的战略研究，因而她的研究主要是在两个相关方面，包括战略沟通和竞争战略。她的研究论文多发表于知名的国际学术期刊上，如《管理学会期刊》。她的论文曾荣获管理学会企业政策与战略分会杰出学生论文奖。此外，她的毕业论文也获得了战略管理学会年度会议的最佳博士论文奖。教学方面，郭薇博士曾讲授战略管理和管理政策与战略等课程，并深受MBA学生和本科生的欢迎。她于2017年获得香港理工大学杰出教学奖。此外，郭博士也是众多知名学术期刊的特邀审稿员，如《管理学会期刊》、《战略管理期刊》以及《管理科学》；自2009年以来，她一直担任AOM和SMS会议的评审员。在进入学术界之前，她曾从事人力资源管理和新闻领域等工作。教育背景 2012, 美国马里兰大学战略管理学博士，美国 2007, 美国马歇尔大学工商管理硕士, 美国 2005, 新西兰奥克兰理工大学商学学士, 新西兰教学领域战略管理管理政策与策略前沿观点 2022-05-01 郭薇：大数据时代企业战略沟通时也要考虑机器人受众 2022-04-11 如果你的企业凭空消失，行业会有所变化吗？ 2022-01-18 Z世代·新消费 | 郭薇：Z世代——喧嚣时代最孤独的人
