个人简历 07/2003---12/2005，博士后，北京有色金属研究总院 09/2000---07/2003，博士，北京工业大学 09/1997---07/2000，硕士，北京工业大学 09/1993---07/1997，学士，山东轻工业学院教学工作为本科生主讲《材料结构与性能》、《陶瓷制备技术》、《材料合成与制备》理论课程，参与《功能材料专业实验》、《高分子材料专业实验》、《科学方法训练》、《认识实习》、《生产实习》、《毕业设计》等实践教学环节。承担研究生《材料结构与性能》、《电子材料》、《陶瓷材料》课程。 2011-2013年9月，担任高分子材料系副主任，负责高分子材料系的教学工作。2013年9月至今，担任功能材料系副主任，负责功能材料系的教学工作。近5年发表文章近30篇，SCI检索6篇，EI检索5篇。科研项目（1）CZTS太阳能电池薄膜材料的制备及性能研究，北京市属高校青年拔尖人才培育计划，资助金额：30万元，2013年1月至2015年12月，项目负责人（2）环境半导体β-FeSi2薄膜的制备及半导体性能研究，北京市教育委员会面上项目，资助金额：15万，2009年1月至2011年12月，项目负责人科研合作意向 1. 新型发光材料的研究与开发 2. 纳米材料的可控合成研究与开发 3. 透明导电材料的研究与开发
