刘洋讲师材料科学与工程学院，男，1978年生，中共党员，副教授教育经历： 2003年9月-2007年3月东华大学材料学院工学博士学位（材料学） 2000年9月-2003年6月湘潭大学化学学院理学硕士学位（高分子化学与物理） 1996年9月-2000年6月湘潭大学化学学院理学学士学位（应用化学）工作经历： 2010年11月--至今北京石油化工学院副教授 2008年4月-2010年4月日本熊本大学日本学术振兴会(JSPS)外国人特别研究员
