个人简介
白洋，南京航空航天大学，管理科学与工程专业，博士毕业。（美）伊利诺伊大学香槟分校访问学者（2017~2018）、（美）科罗拉多矿业学院访问学者（2011）。研究成果发表于《Computers & Operations Research》、《Energy Economics》、《Energy Policy》、《Applied Energy》等期刊。任《Energy Economics》、《Energy Policy》、《Applied Energy》等期刊审稿人。

应对供给中断风险的国家战略石油储备运作策略研究, 国家自然科学基金-青年科学基金项目. 2014-2017. 主持（已结题）。
考虑供需双边不确定性的石油进口与储备集成策略研究, 国家自然科学基金-面上项目. 2018-2021. 主持（在研）。
