杨如美，毕业于美国犹他大学，主要从事护理信息、老年护理、慢病管理、病人安全等方面教学与研究工作。科研及人才计划项目：南京医科大学第六次引进人才，发表SCI论文10余篇，以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文8篇，会议SCI论文30余篇。
