研究领域

1. 超高通量靶向药物筛选与分子垂钓技术 利用微纳分子组装联合拉曼光谱技术开发新型高通量药物筛选方法,针对癌症、糖尿病、高血脂适应症建立了十多个靶向筛选平台,同时将高通量药物筛选技术方法推广应用于各类化合物库,如天然产物分子库、组合化学分子库等,用于各个不同领域分子库的快速药物垂钓筛选,可实现快速、灵敏且高通量筛选的技术能力。 2. 基于基因编辑的现场快速检测技术 利用Cas12a、Cas13a和dCas9等基因编辑元件与电化学、单分子催化和光学等多种传感技术相结合,开发新型非扩增核酸现场快速检测技术。 3. 空间转录组技术 开发能够达到单细胞和亚细胞分辨率的空间转录组技术,将生物学图案与基因组信息融合分析,这些开发的新技术有助于在时空角度理解并解释发育、肿瘤生物学机制。 4. 新型测序技术 研究当前测序技术中的复杂DNA与DNA酶互作体系,开发高效的DNA测序用酶体系,等温测序酶体系。
