辽宁大连人，中共党员，教授，博士。
工作简历
1998年来我校（原雁北师范学院）工作，2004年任讲师，2005年获北京理工大学计算机应用技术专业硕士学位，2011年任副教授，2015年获西安电子科技大学通信与信息系统专业博士学位，2017年任大数据技术与应用研究所所长，2019年任教授。
学术研究情况
近年来共发表学术论文约30篇，其中SCI、EI、核心收录约20篇，在国家级出版社出版著作2部，主持和主要参与项目约20项。
