个人简介

管理学博士,南京大学人力资源管理系助理研究员,香港理工大学管理学博士(2019)、哈尔滨工业大学管理学博士(2019);英国杜伦大学(Durham University)联合培养博士(2015-2016)。 主要研究兴趣包括员工帮助行为、建言行为、领导行为与领导力、工作压力等。荣获美国管理学年会组织行为分部最佳会议论文(2017)和中国管理学年会最佳审稿人奖(2018)。 科研奖励 1. 美国管理学年会组织行为学分部最佳论文(2017) 2. 中国管理学年会最佳审稿人(2018)
