教育经历 2003年于莫纳什大学获得文学学士学位，分别于2004年和2009年于悉尼大学获得社会科学硕士和哲学硕士学位，并于2013年完成悉尼大学与清华大学联合博士培养项目获得悉尼大学博士学位工作经历 2014 –今,清华大学经济管理学院讲师

研究领域

国际人才吸引与培养，海归创业就业，新时代下的多元人才创新发展模式，女性职业成长，以及家族企业传承。
