教育经历 2009- -2014 中科院武汉物理与数学研究所生物物理博士 2005- 2009 武汉大学分析化学学士作经历 2018-至今华中农业大学教授 2017-2018中科院武汉物理与数学研究所研究助理 2014-2017 浙江大学医学院博士后主讲课程生物化学(本科)，蛋白质科学前沿(研究生)

研究领域

实验室致力于从动态学的角度理解蛋白质的功能和生命的规律。通过开发、整合运用多种生物物理化学手段，包括单分子荧光( smFRET,FLIM-FRET, FCS)、小角X光散射(SAXS)、化学交联质谱(CXMS)、核磁共振(NMR)、晶体学(X-ray)、冷冻电镜(Cryo-EM) 等技术，在体外和细胞水平研究蛋白质的动态结构、动态互作、及其执行功能时，结构动态变化的生物物理过程。课题组围绕神经退行性疾病关键蛋白、植物营养元素吸收平衡等方面，开展如下3方面研究: 1)蛋白质功能的结构基础(晶体学和冷冻电镜方向) ; 2)蛋白质动态学研究技术的开发与应用(核磁共振，单分子荧光，小角散射,化学交联质谱等技术) ; 3)蛋白质功能的动态学和动力学过程(基于结构基础的生物物理表征)。
