个人简介

2004年于中国海洋大学获得博士学位。2006年1月到8月在美国Clemson University进行学术访问。研究方向是利用发光细菌建立食品安全检测的平台和快速检测方法的开发、噬菌体资源开发及其在食品检测中的应用等。教学：主讲本科课程《生物安全理论与法规》，研究生课程《食品安全典型案例分析》。主要科研成果先后主持了科技部高技术863计划1项、国家自然科学基金项目2项，参与863计划1项、国家自然科学基金2项，科技部食品安全重大专项课题1项及多项省部级课题。发表论文20余篇，其中SCI/EI收录10余篇。申请国家发明专利10项，授权2项。参与起草中华人民共和国国家标准《海产品餐饮加工操作规范》、中华人民共和国农业行业标准《无公害食品海藻》和3项青岛市地方标准。参与编写教材2部。近年来主持的重要的科研项目： 2006．01-2008.12 利用发光细菌荧光光素酶微磁固定化技术进行水产品中氯霉素残留的快速识别（30500384）国家自然科学基金 26万 2006.12-2009.12 利用海洋细菌荧光素酶和NADH-FMN氧化还原酶共固定化技术进行水产品致病菌的快速检测（2006AA09Z431）国家863计划 50万 2011.01-2013.12基于胞内NADH含量和生物裂解技术进行海产品致病菌的生物发光快速检测（31071540）国家自然科学基金 32万 2011.01-2014.07荧光素酶体外发光级联放大体系的建立及与胞内NADH含量的相关性研究（ZR2011CQ024）山东省自然基金 6万

研究领域

食品安全相关的致病性微生物的检测、利用发光细菌建立食品安全检测的平台和快速检测方法的开发、抗菌活性物质的开发与应用、噬菌体资源开发及其在食品检测中的应用。
