学历/工作经历： 1981/09 –1985/07，山东海洋学院海水养殖专业，学士 1985/09 –1988/08，中国科学院水生生物研究所水生生物学专业，硕士 1994/09 –2001/07，中国海洋大学水产养殖专业，博士 1988/08 –今，中国海洋大学，水产学院/海洋生物多样性与进化研究所，助教（1988/08），讲师（1992/01），副教授（1995/12），教授（1999/12），博士生导师（2001/09）教学与研究生培养：主讲课程：普通动物学（本科生）；水生生物学概论（研究生）研究生培养：毕业博士生22人（含留学生2人），硕士生20人，出站博士后1人；在读博士生3人，硕士生3人。在研课题：国家自然科学基金项目1项，中央高校基本科研业务费项目1项，西藏自治区重点项目（子课题）1项。学术成果：发表论文100余篇；出版了《海洋无脊椎动物学》（主编）、《中华海洋本草》（参编）、《中华海洋本草精选本》（参编）等著作；获青岛市青年科技奖、国家科技进步奖、海洋局科技创新奖等奖励。

研究领域

无脊椎动物多样性与进化。近期研究兴趣：纽形动物等海洋无脊椎动物的形态分类与物种多样性调查、近缘物种的分子鉴别与DNA分类、种下进化与物种形成；青藏高原卤虫的比较生物学与适应进化。
