2008至今，中国海洋大学，讲师、副教授、教授； 2004-2008，中国海洋大学，物理海洋学，硕士、博士； 主持项目： 1. 国家自然科学基金面上项目，41576009，吕宋海峡区域中尺度涡调制跨等密度面混合的机制研究，2016/01-2019/12，81.4万元，主持； 2. 国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目，40906004，南海盐指混合研究，2010/01-2012/12，22万元，主持； 3. 全球变化与海气相互作用专项，GASI-IPOVAI-01-03，南海与菲律宾海混合与深海环流，2016/01-2019/12，255万元，主持。

研究领域

1. 南海及毗邻海域混合的空间分布及时间变异特征，诱发混合的不同机制。 2. 海洋混合对大尺度环流及气候变化的影响。
