个人简介

山东莒南人。1999年7月获中国科学院生态环境研究中心博士, 2003年1月获德国卡尔斯鲁厄大学博士。2000年1月至2001年12月在德国卡尔斯鲁厄大学、2002年1月至2003年9月在德国亥姆霍兹卡尔斯鲁厄研究中心, 从事污水资源化磷回收技术研究。2003年10月起在中国环境科学研究院工作,主要从事城市与区域水环境治理与管理技术研究, 技术支持环境保护部水环境应急风险管理、城市区域和流域水环境管理等工作; 2008年起历任城市水环境科技创新基地首席专家、水环境研究所所长等。入选创新人才推进计划“中青年科技创新领军人才”、国家万人计划“科技创新领军人才”、国家环境保护“专业技术领军人才”。发表论文300余篇, 获得授权发明专利20余项, 出版专著10余本, 获得省部级奖励8项。 主编专著10余本、专著章节8章, 近年主要有: (1)彭剑峰, 宋永会, 刘瑞霞, 等. 城市黑臭水体综合整治技术与管理研究. 北京: 科学出版社, 2017.
