个人简介

台湾中山大学管理学博士。现为 华侨大学工商管理学院人力资源管理专业副教授。 教学领域 现教授《組織行為學》、 《人力資源管理》等课程。 教育、工作与研修经历 1.2001年9月至2005年1月,台湾中国文化大学国际贸易专业,获学士学位; 2.2005年9月至2008年6月,台湾东华大学企业管理学专业,获管理学硕士学位; 3.2008年6月至2016年8月,台湾中山大学企业管理学专业,获管理学博士学位; 4.2017年7月至2020年10月,华侨大学工商管理学院人力资源管理系讲师; 5.2020年11月至今,华侨大学工商管理学院人力资源管理系副教授。

研究领域

主要从事组织行为学、人力资源管理、医务管理等领域的研究。目前在领导与部属关系、人格特质等研究议题。
