个人简介

台湾中山大学管理学博士。现为华侨大学工商管理学院人力资源管理专业副教授。教学领域现教授《組織行為學》、《人力資源管理》等课程。教育、工作与研修经历 1．2001年9月至2005年1月，台湾中国文化大学国际贸易专业，获学士学位； 2．2005年9月至2008年6月，台湾东华大学企业管理学专业，获管理学硕士学位； 3．2008年6月至2016年8月，台湾中山大学企业管理学专业，获管理学博士学位； 4．2017年7月至2020年10月，华侨大学工商管理学院人力资源管理系讲师； 5．2020年11月至今，华侨大学工商管理学院人力资源管理系副教授。

研究领域

主要从事组织行为学、人力资源管理、医务管理等领域的研究。目前在领导与部属关系、人格特质等研究议题。
