个人简介

现任中国地质大学（武汉）地理与信息工程学院地理系副系主任。2016年毕业于武汉大学测绘遥感信息工程国家重点实验室摄影测量与遥感专业，获工学博士学位。共承担国家自然科学基金1项、中央高校科研项目2项、中国博士后基金1项、国家重点实验室开放课题1项等，作为骨干成员参与国家重点研发项目课题2项、国家863课题、国家973课题、国家自然科学基金重点项目以及多项横向项目；获得2017深圳“中国电科杯”城市数据创新大赛二等奖。公开发表论文20余篇，担任10多份SCI/EI期刊的外审专家。专利陈玉敏, 江万寿, 祁昆仑, 岳春宇, & 龚健雅. 一种遥感图像处理Web服务动态生成方法. 周启鸣, 朱全生, 祁昆仑, & 陈玉敏. 一种保持地形特征的自适应尺度DEM建模方法. 周启鸣, 朱全生, 祁昆仑, 陈玉敏, & 龚健雅. 一种基于自适应尺度DEM的流水线拓扑网络动态模拟方法.
