个人简介

特任副教授，2013年6月毕业于华中科技大学自动化专业，获工学学士学位；2020年8月毕业于华中科技大学控制科学与工程专业，获工学博士学位。2018年7月至2020年5月于香港理工大学建筑与房地产系智能建造实验室进行合作研究。2020年12月至今，于中国地质大学（武汉）经济管理学院任教。二、学术成果近年来主要从事智能建造及工程安全管理相关领域研究工作，在Reliability Engineering & System Safety, Automation in Construction, Journal of Construction Engineering and Management, Engineering Construction and Architectural Management,《系统管理学报》等国内外学术期刊上发表论文10余篇，并担任多个国际学术期刊同行评议审稿人。

研究领域

高风险复杂社会-技术系统中的人类行为建模、分析及智能化监控，主要涉及数据挖掘和机器学习的行业应用、基于认知建模与仿真的人因可靠性分析、人因失误的认知失效智能诊断等
