研究领域

目前,主要研究深水沉积盆地流体活动对资源(油气和天然气水合物)、环境(海底极端环境及其生物作用)和地质灾害(海底滑坡、超压浅层气和浅水流等)的影响。另外,对南海北部中新世以来的古洋流活动、岩浆对构造的响应已经深埋碳酸盐岩溶蚀等也做了大量的研究工作。在未来的研究过程中,将逐渐结合地震资料解释、地球化学资料分析、数值模拟、原位观测和野外露头考察等研究方法和手段,对以上问题进行深入研究,争取较大地推动本学科的发展。将在以下几个方面取得突破: 沉积盆地流体活动及其对深水资源、海底稳定性、全球气候变化和极端环境对生物的影响; 海底失稳的形成机制及其控制因素; 主动和被动大陆边缘的油气及天然气水合物资源; 南海古洋流系统重建及其核心控制因素; 深埋碳酸盐岩溶蚀的形成机制及其三维空间非均质性。
