张学武 - 华南理工大学 - 食品科学与工程学院

个人简介

1983年获湖南师范大学数学学士学位，1990年获中山大学生物学硕士学位，1993年获中山大学生物学博士学位。毕业后留中山大学食品工程研究中心工作。1998-2003年先后在香港大学、加拿大University of BritishColumbia、University of Manitoba、美国University of California, Los Angeles做博士后研究；2003-2005年作为香港政府海外优秀人才引进计划获得者，在香港大学任研究助理教授。2005年加入华南理工大学任教授。具有优秀的多学科背景, 主要从事天然产物分离，生物酶解，食品营养学, 蛋白质组学与纳米技术的研究，重点研究生物活性蛋白/多肽与多糖。自1996年以来共发表SCI收录论文>80篇. 自2005年加入华南理工大学以来, 共发表SCI论文>50篇, 平均影响因子>3，其中第一区>10篇，6篇影响因子>7,最高影响因子>10,共引用>500次. 主编英文专著1部(美国Landes Bioscience出版),参编英文专著3部.　授权发明专利6项，申请发明专利10项。与美国，加拿大，英国，澳大利亚，香港等有学术交流。科研项目国家高技术研究发展计划(863 计划)子课题“微藻抗肿瘤肽的制备与活性评估”(项目编号：2014AA022004),38万,2014.1-2016.12,进行中。广东省海洋与渔业局研究与开发项目“螺旋藻抗皮肤衰老、抗肥胖和抗骨质疏松活性肽的制备技术” (项目编号：A201401C08)，50万，2015.1-2016.12,进行中。获奖 2014年广东省优秀硕士生论文指导老师奖
