个人简介

近年来,以模式生物酿酒酵母为研究对象,将微流控高通量筛选平台成功应用于高淀粉酶分泌酵母菌株的分选,并对酿酒酵母内部营养代谢调控机理及蛋白分泌途径进行解析阐述,实现重组淀粉酶高分泌酵母菌株的理性设计构建,推进了微流控、系统与合成生物学等前沿技术的融合应用。在PNAS、 Nature Communications、 Cell、Lab Chip、AEM、Curr. Opin. Biotech等国际著名期刊发表多篇论文,受邀担任Metab. Eng.、ACS Synth. Bio.、Biotech. and Bioeng.、Biotech.
