个人简介

研究领域

功能基因组与营养组学

利用功能基因组、转录组、代谢组等技术系统研究光合生物胁迫响应和食品营养与健康。目前的研究内容主要包括蓝细菌和微藻的胁迫响应机制,S2P蛋白酶的功能与机理,发酵食品微生物生态与风味物质形成机理;研究功能性食品防治高脂血症、肿瘤的作用与机理等。
