个人简介

鄂鹏,男,湖北洪湖人,教授,博士生导师。空间环境与物质科学研究院(国家大科学工程)副院长。“十二五”国家大科学工程——“空间环境地面模拟装置”空间等离子体系统负责人。校“青年科学家工作室”学术带头人,国家级青年人才,国家重点研发计划项目首席科学家。 先后主持国家重点研发计划常规项目、973专题、863计划、国家自然科学基金等项目30余项,主要从事等离子体电磁调控、空间等离子体地面模拟、等离子体技术及应用等方向的研究。 哈尔滨工业大学牵头建设的“空间环境地面模拟装置”也称地面空间站,是“十二五”国家发改委批准建设的16项国家大科学工程之一,总投资金额20余亿元,它通过在地面模拟真空、高低温交变、粒子辐照、电磁辐射、粉尘、原子氧、弱磁、等离子体等空间环境因素,研究航天器材料、器件、生命体等的空间环境效应和物理 本质,从而为航天器高可靠、长寿命以及宇航员长期驻留太空提供基础研究平台。该设施2015年获国家发改委立项,2017年开始建设,位于哈尔滨市松北区的哈尔滨工业大学智谷校区,占地面积35万平方米,是国家部署在东北三省的首个国家大科学工程项目。空间环境与物质科学研究院(国家大科学工程)是装置的建设、管理和研究实体。“空间环境地面模拟装置”共包括三个科学研究分系统,其中“空间等离子体科学研究系统”是其中之一,主要模拟地球磁层和临近空间等离子体环境,开展空间等离子体的一些基本物理过程(如磁场重联、湍流等)、辐射带高能粒子的形成及输运机制、电磁波与等离子体相互作用、等离子体与航天器作用、先进等离子体诊断技术、等离子体源技术等研究。 工作经历 2019.07—至今 哈尔滨工业大学 空间环境与物质科学研究院(国家大科学工程) 副院长 【分管科研、用户、国际合作、国有资产、实验室认证认可】 2017.04—至今 哈尔滨工业大学 电气工程 博士生导师 2016.12—至今 哈尔滨工业大学 空间环境与物质科学研究院(国家大科学工程) 教授 2015.08—2016.12 哈尔滨工业大学 空间环境与物质科学研究院(国家大科学工程) 副教授 2013.01—2013.12 普林斯顿大学 等离子体物理国家实验室 访问学者 2012.12—2015.08 哈尔滨工业大学 电气工程系 副教授 2007.06—2012.12 哈尔滨工业大学 电气工程系 讲师 2005.06—2007.06 哈尔滨工业大学 电气工程系 助教 教育经历 2004.09—2009.06 哈尔滨工业大学 动力机械及工程 博士 2002.09—2004.07 哈尔滨工业大学 动力机械及工程 硕士 1998.09—2002.07 哈尔滨工业大学 电气工程 本科
