个人简介
刘占生，哈尔滨工业大学，能源科学与工程学院，教授，博士生导师。中国振动工程学会常务理事，转子动力学学会名誉理事长，曾任中国振动工程学会转子动力学专业委员会理事长和哈工大能源学院飞行器推进及流体动力系主任。主要致力于航空发动机、液体火箭发动机、舰船燃气轮机及鱼雷涡轮机的振动噪声控制及基于人工智能的故障诊断研究工作，参与了国家从“七五”计划开始到目前的“十三五”计划全部过程研究工作。承研了包括国家863，国家部委重大项目，国家部委预先研究和基础研究，国家部委重大型号，国家自然科学基金重大项目、重点项目和面上等项目研究工作，主持了国家部委重大专项，国家部委“十一五”、“十二五”、“十三五”预研等项目研究工作。研究成果在舰船动力装置、重型燃气轮机、舰船燃气轮机、航空发动机、液体火箭发动机及鱼雷涡轮机等领域得到成功应用。获的黑龙江省科技进步一等奖1项、工信部科技进步一等奖1项，中国船舶集团特等奖1项，国家部委科技进步二等奖1项，原航天工业部科技进步二等奖3项。发表论文120多篇，发明专利20项，国际专利2项。在教书育人方面，还曾获得哈工大兼职学生工作者标兵和三育人先进工作者等荣誉。
