个人简介

高建民,哈尔滨工业大学教授,博士生导师;现任能源科学与工程学院院长,中国-俄罗斯先进能源动力技术“一带一路”联合实验室副主任、工信部高效低碳动力装备协同育人基地负责人、黑龙江省碳中和学科创新特区负责人;兼任国家特种设备安全与节能技术委员会委员兼锅炉与节能分委会副主任委员、全国专业标准化技术委员会委员、中国动力工程学会环保技术与装备专委会委员、中国电机工程学会清洁低碳发电专业委员会委员、黑龙江省生态环境厅生态环境应急专家组专家等;2022年入选青海省“昆仑英才·高端 创新创业人才”计划。长期从事燃烧及污染物防控、工业领域的节能与系统能效提升、压缩CO2储能、CO2捕集及资源化利用等领域研究。获2010年教育部技术发明二等奖1项,2018年中国特种设备检验协会科学技术一等奖1项,2020年国家市场监管科研成果二等奖1项,2022年黑龙江省专利奖金奖1项。主持承担完成包括“863”项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点研发计划课题、国家科技支撑计划项目、质检公益行业性科研项目等在内的科研项目20余项。参加制定国家标准6项,在国内外期刊发表高水平学术论文110余篇,其中SCI论文60篇,EI论文40余篇,获授权发明专利70余项。 工作经历 2007.11-2012.12:哈尔滨工业大学能源科学与工程学院,讲师 2012.12-2017.12:哈尔滨工业大学能源科学与工程学院,副教授 2017.12-至今:哈尔滨工业大学能源科学与工程学院,教授 2019.01-2022.02:哈尔滨工业大学能源科学与工程学院,副院长 2022.03-至今:哈尔滨工业大学能源科学与工程学院,院长 教育经历 1996.09-2000.07:哈尔滨理工大学热能工程专业本科生,获学士学位 2001.09-2003.07:哈尔滨工业大学热能工程学科硕士研究生,获硕士学位 2003.09-2007.07:哈尔滨工业大学热能工程学科博士研究生,获博士学位
