研究领域

主要从事昆虫真菌分子遗传及真菌—昆虫互作机理研究。以金龟子绿僵菌、蝗绿僵菌、蛹虫草及冬虫夏草等为对象,通过表观遗传、反向遗传及化学生物学等手段,研究真菌效应蛋白基因、毒力基因相关基因的作用与功能,以及虫生真菌次级代谢产物多样性、合成机理与生物学功能; 同时研究丝状真菌退化机理研究:细胞自噬、线粒体功能、氧化胁迫与真菌退化的关联性及机理研究。
