个人简介

哈尔滨工业大学长聘教授，博士生导师。从事新体制雷达20余年，中国电子学会高级会员，IEEE/IET会员，IEEE SP会员，IEEE AES会员，IEEE GRS会员。先后主持承担国家自然科学基金项目、863项目、无线电网络信号与安全项目，其他基金和国际合作项目，获得国家级奖励（一等奖）1项，省部级奖励（一等奖）2项，各类专业期刊（Signal Processing，Remote Sensing）的审稿人。
