个人简介

刘梅:哈尔滨工业大学电信学院博士、教授、博导,于2009年哈尔滨工业大学控制科学与工程博士后流动站出站。近年来一致从事多传感器数据融合、阵列信号处理、多角度星载合成孔径雷达多维成像等方面的科学研究和教学工作。以第一负责人完成国家、省部级项目40余项,多次获得国家级基金支持。为博士、硕士开设了《数据融合及应用》《新体制雷达技术专题》《现代雷达信号检测与数据处理》等课程。曾受邀为某部集团高级专业技术人员做多传感器数据融合专题讲座。在国内外刊物及会议上发表学术论文100余篇,SCI检索20余篇,获得10多项授权专利。已培养博士研究生近10人,硕士研究生70余人。获国家一等奖、部级特等奖各1项,省部级三等奖各2项。获2002度SHATF奖教金二等奖、获2007级“黑龙江省优秀硕士毕业生(李海浩)指导教师”称号,并多次获得本科优秀毕业论文(张福博、郭路等)指导教师称号;所指导的博士生(李晨雷)、硕士生(崔安磊)曾获“研究生国家特等奖学金”。获得2016年度指导本科生(邓展涛)百优本科毕业设计论文奖。于2004、2009年获得“三八红旗手”称号,获得国家教委优秀辅助教学软件三等奖等。2019年入选国家科技部评审专家;2017年被聘为航天某院的高级顾问;教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心学位论文评审专家,国家自然科学基金通信评议人。

研究领域

多传感器数据融合:舰载、机载、星载及固定平台下主被动异类传感器融合模型及融合算法研究;弱观测环境下的航迹起始、初始定位技术的研究;非线性滤波器技术的研究;强杂波环境下的点航关联技术、ghost点存在时集中式点点关联技术、异类传感器航航关联技术;基于深度学习的传感器管理及分配技术,大数据与数据融合技术等。 先进信号处理:阵列信号处理、空时信号处理及多维信号处理技术、压缩感知技术等 多基线星载SAR成像:双基SAR二维成像,多基SAR三维成像及形变、动目标检测和参数估计及动目标三维成像,杂波抑制技术,抗干扰技术、图像处理技术等。 电子侦察与电子对抗:信号分选及识别,脉内及脉间特征提取与识别。
