1.微生物对木质纤维素的高效降解机制及其在生物质资源转化中的应用。主要研究对象包括纤维小体、转录调控因子、关键代谢酶与转运蛋白等。 2.工业微生物中重要酶和调控蛋白的催化机制与蛋白质工程。主要研究对象包括纤维素酶、环氧化物水解酶、P450酶、聚酮合酶等。
