个人简介
于启月，哈尔滨工业大学电信学院教授，博士生导师。已撰写和发表学术论文50余篇，部分发表在TCOM、TWC等通信领域顶级期刊上，主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目。目前是IEEE信息论协会 (Information theory) 哈尔滨分部主席，中国电子学会和中国通信学会的高级会员、IEEE Senior Member。
