研究领域

肿瘤液体活检作为一种微创诊断技术,能检测肿瘤释放到血液等液体中的生物标志物,对肿瘤的辅助诊断和治疗监测具有重要意义。同时考虑到单细胞水平上原位监测生物标志物在时间与空间上的变化,能更精确地探索标志物表达水平与细胞功能之间的关联。因此,以功能核酸构建及生物分析应用为基础,主要研究方向为:(1)肿瘤液体活检新技术研发及应用;(2)单细胞分析及调控。
