本人的研究兴趣为影响个体与组织安全绩效的因素

本人的研究兴趣为影响个体与组织安全绩效的因素，具体包括：(1) 探讨在组织场所中，尤其是民航、核电、石油等高风险领域，影响安全绩效的个体与情境因素，通过访谈、问卷、实验等方法探索相关影响因素及其影响机制；(2) 探讨影响道路使用者交通不安全行为的因素，以行人和机动车驾驶员为研究对象，通过情境模拟实验、实验室实验等方法，探索相关因素的影响机制及干预对策建议。
