2005年11月—2006年6月：在中国科学院寒区旱区环境与工程研究所藏北高原冰冻圈特殊环境与灾害国家野外科学观测研究站工作，助理研究员。
2006年7月—2011年6月：在日本国立环境研究所亚洲环境研究组做博士后研究，主要从事蒙古和青藏高原多年冻土对气候变化响应的观测与模拟研究。
2011年7月—2011年11月：在中国科学院寒区旱区环境与工程研究所藏北高原冰冻圈特殊环境与灾害国家野外科学观测研究站工作，副研究员。
2011年12月—至今：在中国科学院寒区旱区环境与工程研究所藏北高原冰冻圈特殊环境与灾害国家野外科学观测研究站工作，研究员，入选中科院“****”，2012年3月被聘为博士生导师。
2013年3月—2019年9月：任中国科学院寒区旱区环境与工程研究所藏北高原冰冻圈特殊环境与灾害国家野外科学观测研究站副站长。
2015年12月—至今：任中国科学院西北生态环境资源研究院冰冻圈科学国家重点实验室副主任。
