个人简介

李敏,女,1978年4月生,分别于2004年、2008年获中南大学工学硕士学位和工学博士学位。主要从事生物信息学研究,主要包括基因组序列分析与组装、蛋白质功能及蛋白质复合物预测、复杂生物网络分析、疾病相关预测及医疗大数据分析等,在Bioinformatics、IEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics、IEEE Transactions on NanoBioScience、Proteomics、Methods、BMC Bioinformatics、BMC Systems Biology、BMC Genomics等上发表SCI期刊论文70余篇,获国家授权发明专利五项。 2011年被确定为湖南省青年骨干教师培养对象,2012年获得教育部新世纪优秀人才资助,2016年获得国家自然科学基金优秀青年项目资助,主持国家级及省部级项目共计6项。获教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(自然科学奖)二等奖一项(排名第2),获湖南省科技进步二等奖一项(排名第6)。 教育经历 [1] 2004.8-2008.7 中南大学 | 计算机应用技术专业 | 博士学位 | 博士研究生毕业 [2] 2001.9-2004.7 中南大学 | 交通运输工程及控制专业 | 硕士学位 | 研究生班毕业 2001-2004, 信息科学与工程学院,交通运输工程及控制专业,硕士学位.
