个人简介

李蓓蓓,男,1984年11月出生,副研究员,硕士研究生导师。2006年毕业于山西农业大学,获农学学士学位,2011年毕业于中国农业大学,获农学博士学位。2011年至今在中国农业科学院上海兽医研究所工作,2015年6月至2016年9月在美国加州大学戴维斯分校做访问学者,2017年9月至2017年12月在丹麦哥本哈根大学访学进修。在“Journal of Antimicrobial Chemotherapy”和“Veterinary Microbiology”等主流学术杂志发表SCI论文30余篇,其中第一或者通讯作者13篇。2017年入选中国农业科学院青年英才培育工程(所级),2018年受英国政府邀请参加Wilton Park国际政策研讨会,2019年入选上海市青年科技启明星。 科研项目: 1、主持项目:国家自然基金面上项目“SXT/R391元件在动物源细菌中的流行、进化及其与细菌毒力的关联性”,62万元,2017年1月-2020年12月 2、主持项目:国家自然基金青年基金“截短侧耳类抗菌药物的新耐药机制解析及其传播机理研究”,25万元,2014年1月-2016年12月 3、主持项目:上海市科技人才计划项目“重要耐药基因在动物肠道微生物群落中的分布和传播扩 散研究”,40万元,2019年4月-2022年3月 4、主持项目:中国农科院基本业务费增量项目“猪呼吸道病原菌耐药机制及其传播分子机理的研究”,20万元,2016年9月-2018年9月 5、主持项目:所基本科研业务费“金黄色葡萄球菌对截短侧耳类抗生素的耐药机制研究”,20万元, 2012年1月至2013年12月 6、主持项目:所基本科研业务费“临床分离副猪嗜血杆菌耐药性调查及耐药机制研究”,20万元,2014年1月至2015年12月 7、主持项目:横向课题“江浙沪畜禽及其产品病原菌分离和耐药性检测”,22万元,2012年1月-2016年12月

研究领域

动物源细菌耐药性,主要从事动物源细菌耐药性流行病学、新耐药机制解析、重要耐药基因的传播分子机理以及耐药快速检测技术的开发应用。
