个人简介

李蓓蓓，男，1984年11月出生，副研究员，硕士研究生导师。2006年毕业于山西农业大学，获农学学士学位，2011年毕业于中国农业大学，获农学博士学位。2011年至今在中国农业科学院上海兽医研究所工作，2015年6月至2016年9月在美国加州大学戴维斯分校做访问学者，2017年9月至2017年12月在丹麦哥本哈根大学访学进修。在“Journal of Antimicrobial Chemotherapy”和“Veterinary Microbiology”等主流学术杂志发表SCI论文30余篇，其中第一或者通讯作者13篇。2017年入选中国农业科学院青年英才培育工程（所级），2018年受英国政府邀请参加Wilton Park国际政策研讨会，2019年入选上海市青年科技启明星。科研项目： 1、主持项目：国家自然基金面上项目“SXT/R391元件在动物源细菌中的流行、进化及其与细菌毒力的关联性”，62万元，2017年1月-2020年12月 2、主持项目：国家自然基金青年基金“截短侧耳类抗菌药物的新耐药机制解析及其传播机理研究”，25万元，2014年1月-2016年12月 3、主持项目：上海市科技人才计划项目“重要耐药基因在动物肠道微生物群落中的分布和传播扩散研究”，40万元，2019年4月-2022年3月 4、主持项目：中国农科院基本业务费增量项目“猪呼吸道病原菌耐药机制及其传播分子机理的研究”，20万元，2016年9月-2018年9月 5、主持项目：所基本科研业务费“金黄色葡萄球菌对截短侧耳类抗生素的耐药机制研究”，20万元， 2012年1月至2013年12月 6、主持项目：所基本科研业务费“临床分离副猪嗜血杆菌耐药性调查及耐药机制研究”，20万元，2014年1月至2015年12月 7、主持项目：横向课题“江浙沪畜禽及其产品病原菌分离和耐药性检测”，22万元，2012年1月-2016年12月

研究领域

动物源细菌耐药性，主要从事动物源细菌耐药性流行病学、新耐药机制解析、重要耐药基因的传播分子机理以及耐药快速检测技术的开发应用。
