个人简介

陈宗艳,女,1981年12月生,,博士,副研究员 硕士研究生导师。2008年获四川农业大学博士学位年毕业于四川农业大学。2008年7月至今,,同年,就职于在中国农业科学院上海兽医研究所工作。;2014-2015年,在美国马里兰大学兽医学院做访问学者,参与或主持国家和省部级项目5项。近年来,在国内外学生刊物发表论文20余篇,其中SCI论文15篇;参与编写专著2部;获得国家实用型发明专利2项。 2014年5月-2015年7月在美国马里兰大学的马里兰弗吉利亚区域兽医学院(Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine,University of Maryland, The USA) 院长Dr.Samal研究团队进行学术访问,主要从事基于rNDV分析禽副粘病毒流行病学特征、解析致病机理及载体疫苗研发。现已在Emergence Infectious Diseases, Antiviral Research, Virus Research, Veterinary Immunology and Immunopathology, Veterinary Microbiology, Avian pathology, Infection, Genetics and Evolution等刊物发表文章40余篇。参编《现代农业产业技术-养鹅100问》,《动物反向遗传学》。已获授权专利2项,鹅细小病毒抗体间接ELISA检测试剂(专利号:ZL201020298689.8.)及I型鸭肝炎病毒抗体间接ELISA检测试剂盒(专利号:ZL201020298920.3.)。现主持上海市科委科技创新医药与农业领域项目,新型鸭呼肠孤高效细胞灭活疫苗研发(13391901600);参与农业部公益性行业专项(201003012)、国家自然科学基金(31101848)和863项目(2011AA10A209)等。

研究领域

禽禽传染病病毒分子生物学分子生物学及与分子免疫学,目前主要致力于禽呼肠孤病毒和副粘病毒的流行病学、致病机理和新型疫苗研究等
