个人简介
谭安辉，男，山东德州人，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。2015年8月至今在浙江海洋大学数理与信息学院任教。主要从事信息科学、不确定性理论等方面的研究，主持国家自然科学基金青年项目一项，参与国家自然科学基金重点项目一项，主持浙江海洋大学科研启动项目一项。近年来，在国际SCI源期刊《IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems》、《Information Sciences》、《Fuzzy Sets and Systems》、《Artificial Intelligence Review》、《Knowledge-based Systems》、《International Journal of Approximate Reasoning》、《Soft Computing》、《Journal of Intelligent & Fuzzy Systems》、《International Journal of Machine Learning and Cybernetics》以及核心期刊《模式识别与人工智能》等发表学术论文二十篇。
科研项目
1.基于粒计算与证据理论的多粒度空间知识获取方法研究(61602415)，国家自然科学基金青年项目，2017.01-2019.12，主持。
2.高分辨率遥感大数据图谱协同计算模型(41631179)，国家自然科学基金重点项目，2017.01-2021.12，参与。
3.基于空间数据挖掘的高分辨率遥感图像水上桥梁目标识别与损毁评估(41701447)，国家自然科学基金青年项目，2018/01-2020/12,参与。
4.多源数据中有效知识获取的粒计算方法研究,浙江省大学生科技创新活动计划暨新苗人才计划项目，2017.06-2019.06,指导教师。
