个人简介

李雯 教授,博士生导师,青年拔尖引进人才 于2010年在武汉大学医学院获得医学学位。2012年作为访问学者赴瑞典隆德大学攻读神经病学硕士学位。2018年在瑞典隆德大学获得博士学位。2018至2019年于瑞典隆德大学任助理研究员。主持和参与国家自然科学基金青年项目,瑞典国家科学基金等3项。 主要学术贡献 1. 对移植人脑二十四年的胚胎多巴胺神经元,进行存活,整合和病理的研究。 2. 用活细胞成像观察神经元轴突线粒体的转运 3. 诱导型多能干细胞的多巴胺能分化

研究领域

帕金森病及相关突触核蛋白病的机制和防治研究,主要从事帕金森病和相关突触核蛋白病的机制与防治研究。应用人脑组织、转基因小鼠和细胞模型,探讨阿尔法突触核蛋白(α-syn)在体外和体内的聚集、传播和细胞及组织毒性。试图解决长期以来困扰突触核蛋白病研究领域的关键科学问题:即聚集的α-syn是如何以“朊蛋白样”方式进行细胞间和组织间传播,以及其如何参与到细胞各项活动,尤其是线粒体产能的机制。在此基础上,应用干细胞培养分化移植和各种先进手段如活细胞成像,电子显微镜等探索和研发具有病理针对性的帕金森病和突触核蛋白病鉴别诊断和防治方法。
