研究领域

青少年社会性发展，特别是同伴关系、学习动机、学业归因。主要关注学校情境下青少年及大学生的社会性发展和学习动机；关注心理学的原理和方法在学校情境中的应用。具体研究主要集中在以下几方面： 1. 儿童青少年的同伴关系与群际态度 2. 文化与社会阶层对学习动机及学业表现的影响 3. 社会阶层心理及跨文化比较 4. 学习动机的跨文化比较 5. 探索缩小教育成就阶层差异的心理学途径
