研究领域

研究兴趣主要集中于知识密集型企业中的人力资源管理与团队组织行为学研究。特别关注以下三方面主题:(1) 团队知识管理与团队创新关系研究;(2) 团队成员边界跨越行为与团队效能关系研究;(3) 高层管理团队领导力与组织变革研究。
