个人简介

王晓芳，现任中国人民大学商学院管理科学与工程系教授，博士生导师，主要研究服务运营管理特别是医疗服务管理。2014年国家自然科学基金委“优秀青年基金”获得者，2013年入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才”支持计划，2013年获得第六届高校科研优秀成果奖(人文社科)的论文类二等奖（第一作者）。清华大学获得学士和硕士学位，美国卡内基梅隆大学商学院获博士学位。2008年8月回国加入中国人民大学商学院，中英文双语讲授运营管理、收益管理、质量管理等课程。主要教育经历 2008年5月美国卡耐基梅隆大学获得商学院运营管理系与计算机学院联合培养博士学位 2001年7月清华大学自动化系获得硕士学位 1999年7月清华大学自动化系获得学士学位主要工作经历 2019/09- 中国人民大学，商学院管理科学与工程系，教授 2012/09-2019/08，中国人民大学，商学院管理科学与工程系，副教授 2008/09-2012/08，中国人民大学，商学院管理科学与工程系，讲师
