个人简介

林莉，女，博士，粤港澳中枢神经再生研究院副教授。2002年毕业于中国农业大学生物学院生物学专业，获理学学士学位，北京市优秀毕业生；2007年毕业于中国农业大学生物学院生物化学与分子生物学专业，获理学博士学位。2007-2015年在美国埃默里大学医学院人类遗传系进行博士后研究；2015-2016年在美国哈佛大学T.H.Chan公共卫生学院环境健康系进行博士后研究。2016年10月加入暨南大学李晓江教授课题组，已在Cell Metabolism， Human Molecular Genetics， Molecular cell， Cell stem cell，PNAS和 Cell等权威杂志发表20余篇SCI论文。

研究领域

主要研究方向为表观遗传学，特别是5-甲基胞嘧啶和5- 羟甲基胞嘧啶在人类神经退行性疾病中异常和作用，筛选致病基因规律性的DNA甲基化异常位点，作为神经退行性疾病的临床诊断的生物标记；并为靶向治疗积累数据。
