个人简介

郭祥玉，博士，副教授，2011年获得中国科学院昆明动物研究所博士学位，师从我国著名非人灵长类专家季维智教授。2012年在美国Emory大学医学院人类遗传系进行博士后研究，2013年起在中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所进行博士后研究。自研究生阶段起，郭祥玉博士就专注于非人灵长类动物的发育与神经生物学研究，参与完成了中国首例转基因猴的创建工作，随后加入国际著名神经退行性病模型专家李晓江研究员课题组，先后参与创建出世界首例帕金森病转基因猴模型，功能性敲除DMD基因猴模型的工作，并对其病理和早期行为学病征进行了深入研究。先后在Cell Research, Human Molecular Genetic, Molecular Neurodegeneration， Journal of Neuroscience 等杂志发表多篇具有国际影响力的论文，在非人灵长类动物模型技术开发，疾病发病机理研究方面积累了丰富经验。承担国家重点研发计划子课题任务一项,广东省科技计划项目一项，申请2项发明专利。
