个人简介
刘广庆，男，1985年出生，天津市人，本科硕士就读于天津师范大学，物理学院，专业方向为硬度薄膜相关研究。随后获得澳洲新南威尔士大学TFS全额奖学金，于材料科学工程院攻读博士学位，于2017获得理学博士学位。
研究领域
通过铁电薄膜的微观结构和界面控制实现对材料本身铁电性能的调控以及相关铁电器件性能的提升。
