教育经历: 1985.9-1990.7,吉林大学分子生物学系,生物化学,本科 1990.9-1993.7,吉林大学分子生物学系,生物化学,硕士 1996.9-1999.7,吉林大学生命科学学院,生物化学,博士 工作经历: 1993.9-1995.9, 吉林大学分子生物学系 助教 1995.9-1999.12, 吉林大学分子生物学系 讲师 2000.1-2005.9,吉林大学生命科学学院,副教授 2005.10-至今, 吉林大学生命科学学院,教授 荣誉称号: 获得2011-2013年度吉林大学 “巾帼建功”标兵 研究成果 1. 基础理论“基因工程肽库和蛋白质分子间识别规律研究”和“蛋白质结构、功能和蛋白质工程”研究 以基因工程肽库为主要手段,筛选目的物的配体,揭示目的物与配体之间的特异识别规律。该项研究不仅在理论上有重要意义,而且也是新药筛选和设计的有利手段。 2. 新药筛选和生物技术制药的研究 开展生物活性肽类药物的研究,本课题是以基因工程肽库为主要工具,筛选出具有生理活性的小肽类药物。在此基础上,作为负责人承担两项吉林省科技厅的课题“治疗II型糖尿病的药物的临床前研究”,并与长春大政药业有限公司正在开展治疗脑卒中的国家一类新药的研发。 3.纳米材料在生物学领域的应用 量子点在生物学领域的应用;低维金属纳米材料应用于肿瘤热疗方面等研究,“金银纳米红外光敏材料应用于癌症靶向治疗”在2007年获得了科技部863项目子课题的资助; 5. 与多家企业合作进行产学研方面的研发,主要承担课题有:“NTX特异性核酸适配子的筛选”,“辣椒提取物的研究开发 ”,“提高辣椒红色素稳定性抗氧化剂的研发 ”,“新木地区管道设备腐蚀与防护技术研究”,“抗氧化/抗衰老线虫评价方法的研究”,“肉灵芝的人工培育及功效研究”等。 指导多名硕士研究生和博士生的毕业论文。在国内外学术刊物上发表论文60余篇,获得专利授权12项,申请专利保护10余项。 代表性专利: 1. 王丽萍,李惟,关树文,徐佳,张越,三价铁卟啉及其衍生物-短肽化合物和三价铁卟啉及其衍生物-短肽化合物的应用,201710543121.4, 授权日2020.9.18 2. 王丽萍;修志明;付君;徐佳,APPA在制备治疗糖尿病肾病药物中的应用, 2016106561742, 授权日2019.4.2 3. 一种次血红素二肽及其制备方法和用途, 王丽萍,修志明,于欣冉,李惟.2014106494842, 授权日,2017.7.26
