个人简介

2000年获浙江大学生物物理学博士学位,2000-2002年在北京大学蛋白质工程与植物基因工程国家重点实验室从事博士后研究,2002-2012年在美国宾夕法尼亚大学生物系从事博士后研究,任研究科学家,从事植物遗传发育调控机制的研究。在《Cell》、《PNAS》等杂志上发表论文多篇。负责组建全新的植物分子遗传与发育实验室。自实验室组建以来,先后获国家自然科学基金9项、省杰出青年基金1项,浙江省自然科学基金2项,总经费达600余万元。近年来,已经在《Plant Cell》、《Plant Physiology》、《Journal of Experimental Botany》、《Genetics》等国际知名期刊上发表论文多篇。2018年出任浙江农林大学农业与食品科学学院院长。 近年承担主要科研项目 1、国家自然科学基金项目“谷氨酰胺合成酶调控拟南芥幼年向成年阶段转变的分子机制研究”(2018-2021),60万,主持。 2、国家自然科学基金项目“miRNA 网络系统调控拟南芥幼年向成年转变的分子机制”(2014-2016),30万,主持。 3、浙江省杰出青年基金项目“调控微小 RNA miR156 表达的分子机理研究”(2013-2016),30万,主持。 4、国家自然科学基金项目“拟南芥幼年向成年转变的分子机制”(2013-2016),75万,主持。

研究领域

主要从事植物童期调控的分子机制研究。
