个人简介

张劲松，男，1975年生。工学博士，副教授。负责课题 [1]吉林省科技攻关重点项目，“林蛙油水凝胶形成机理及其在化妆品中的应用研究（20140204053YY）”、2014/01-2016/12、15万元、运行、主持。

研究领域

1、基于流变学的生物质（农产品、食品）加工改性与物性研究：多糖水凝胶和乳化液的流变学性质；农产品、食品中大分子的结构修饰及其黏弹性研究；大振幅振荡剪切测量及傅里叶变换流变学；食品水凝胶的凝胶化过程、机理；新型水状胶体的改性、表征与力学性质测量；复杂流体（软物质）流变学。 2、粮食品质控制：基于生物技术的农产品产前、产后品质控制；粮食储运安全；粮食贮藏自动化控制；粮食干燥技术与装备。
